1Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing betjili at betjili-jit.net, creating a betjili account or using any part of the betjili platform — including casino games, cricket betting, the live score centre, the VIP Club, the Refer a Friend programme and any associated promotional offers — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.

Betjili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time in order to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing.

3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one betjili account only. The creation of multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, different mobile numbers, different email addresses or different household members — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

When registering on betjili, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account login details — username and password — confidential. Betjili is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on betjili are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa debit card and Mastercard debit card.
• Transaction fees: Betjili does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which betjili accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal processing time: Standard accounts within 15–30 minutes. VIP Club Gold tier and above within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawal requests made during exceptional volumes or system maintenance may take longer.
• Withdrawal to same method: Betjili will, wherever technically possible, return withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.

Betjili conducts anti-money-laundering (AML) checks on all accounts. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of AML review if betjili identifies transaction patterns that require verification. Users will be informed of any hold and provided with an expected resolution timeframe.

All funds held in a betjili account are for the purpose of gaming and betting activity on betjili's platform. Betjili does not pay interest on any account balance, regardless of its size or how long it has been held.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Betjili offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Pakistani players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) that must be met before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible games: Not all betjili games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Casino slots typically contribute 100%. • Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Uncompleted bonus balances are forfeited upon expiry.

6Cricket Betting Rules

Betjili's cricket betting markets — covering Pakistan international matches, the PSL and major international series worldwide — are subject to the following rules:

• Match abandonment: If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for an official result is completed, all pre-match bets on match winner and related markets are voided and stakes returned. Bets placed in-play after any qualifying play has occurred are settled according to the specific in-play market's terms.
• Revised targets (DLS): If the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method is applied to determine a revised target, betjili settles betting markets on the officially declared result rather than the original target.
• In-play betting: In-play cricket bets are accepted at betjili's live odds at the time the bet is confirmed. Betjili reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during a match — for example, during a wicket review, an injury stoppage or a boundary check. Bets placed before market suspension are unaffected by the suspension.
• Void bets: Betjili reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a technical error in the odds displayed. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.
• Maximum payout: Maximum individual bet payout limits apply on betjili cricket markets and are displayed in the market information section for each fixture.

7Casino Games

Betjili's casino section — including slots, jackpot games, live casino tables, poker, fishing games and all other game types — operates as follows:

• All casino games on betjili are supplied by licensed and independently certified third-party game providers. Random number generator (RNG) outcomes are tested and certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories.
• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each betjili casino game is displayed within the game's information section. RTP percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a betjili casino game round, any interrupted round will be completed using the game provider's server record. Betjili is not responsible for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on betjili. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct faces immediate account suspension and permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances including real-money deposits, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to interact with betjili games or betting markets in ways not available to standard users.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing errors in betjili's betting markets or casino games. Any winnings derived from known or exploited errors are void.
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies specifically designed to exploit betjili's promotional terms without genuine gameplay intent.
• Collusion with other betjili players in any game type, including sharing hand information in poker or coordinating bets to manipulate market outcomes.
• Creating multiple betjili accounts for any reason, including to claim bonuses multiple times or to circumvent a previous suspension.
• Using betjili to launder money or to process transactions on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false personal information during registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Attempting to access betjili's back-end systems, APIs or databases without authorisation.

9Account Suspension and Closure

Betjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is occurring. In such cases:

• Betjili will notify the account holder of the suspension via their registered contact details as soon as is reasonably practicable.
• The account holder may submit a written appeal to support@betjili-jit.net. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.
• Where a suspension is confirmed following review, any real-money balance remaining after any applicable voidances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the breach.
• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting betjili support. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's most recent withdrawal method after standard verification, provided no outstanding bonus wagering is attached to the balance.

Betjili also reserves the right to close inactive accounts — accounts with no login activity and a zero balance — after 12 consecutive months of inactivity, with prior notice sent to the registered contact.

10Privacy and Data

Betjili collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using betjili, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11Responsible Gaming

12Limitation of Liability

13Amendments to These Terms
